As a consultant and facilitator, Tracey has designed and delivered a significant numbers of programs supporting leadership and culture development.  Her clients span various sectors ranging from start-ups to large multinational corporations.

Tracey has been an internal and external ICF-certified coach for over 13 years. She effectively partners with executives and leaders as they take action to perform at their best, make meaningful contributions and face challenges with confidence.

An experienced business leader, Tracey has held senior leadership roles in multiple sectors. She has been instrumental in developing inclusive, high-performing, committed cultures, leading organizations to become employers of choice. Tracey’s clients benefit from her twenty years of well-rounded leadership experience in human resources, business development and customer service.

Tracey holds certifications from six coaching schools and associations and is active within the International Coach Federation as Past President of the Calgary Charter Chapter. Tracey enjoys giving back to her community as a Board Member for the Calgary Food Bank and Coach for Executive Directors of United Way-funded agencies.
