A Senior Consultant in the Cenera’s Career Transition and Business Consulting practice areas, Lynn is an enthusiastic and engaging facilitator and an empowering and supportive coach. With a passion to help others, she works with her clients to identify their strengths, clarify their career and personal goals, and develop a clear action plan to move forward.

With over 25 years of HR experience, Lynn thrives on working as a facilitator, coach, and project developer. Her experience includes both the private and public sector in professional services and education.

Lynn has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Calgary, a Certified Life Coaching Certification through Coaches Training Institute, a Certificate in Adult Learning and Development from Saint Francis Xavier University and is a Certified Retirement Coach through Career Partners International.

Lynn is also an active volunteer with Making changes, an organization that empowers women to reach their potential.
