Lisa is a multi-faceted certified and accredited executive coach, management consultant, leadership practitioner and facilitator with expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, diversity, equity and inclusion and strategic planning.

Lisa’s career has spanned from health care as a clinical hospital pharmacist to pharmaceutical sales and into her current role of executive coach, consultant and facilitator.  Throughout her various roles she has leveraged her unique skill set which brings highly developed interpersonal communication skills, the ability to integrate information into clear focused strategic plans and strong leadership qualities.  She focuses on leadership development, the facilitation of strategic thinking and planning, interpersonal skill development including communication effectiveness, and emotional intelligence.

Lisa’s consulting and coaching practice includes clients from a wide span of industries including professional services, oil and gas, renewable energy, manufacturing, financial services, regional health authorities, not for profit organizations, HR recruiting, property management, educational institutions, provincial and municipal government where she has worked with leaders at many levels from mid-level to the C Suite.

She is a graduate from the University of Alberta with a BSc. in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and completed her coach training through the Coaches Training Institute.
