Lindsay’s background includes extensive work on strategic talent initiatives, organizational design, and performance management. In her role as a strategic partner, Lindsay has worked with leaders and teams to deliver a variety of psychometric assessments over the years. From Discovery Insights, to DiSC, Leadership Circle to Hogan and a variety of 360 review tools, Lindsay brings a broad understanding of the resources needed to provide exceptional support and create great conversations.

Lindsay received a Bachelors Degree from Athabasca University and her HR Management Certificate from the University of Calgary. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
