Kris has strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills developed through a career in Human Resources, Executive Search, and Business and Computer Systems. She is a strategic and creative thinker with an empathetic, practical, and diplomatic approach.

Kris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Commerce from the University of Alberta and brings over twenty-five years of business experience in the oil & gas, engineering & construction, airline, and professional HR service industries. Prior to her work in Career Transition, Kris enjoyed a career in Executive Search evaluating and selecting senior technical and management-level professionals for a wide variety of organizations.
