An experienced transition expert and trusted advisor to her clients, Jennifer Doiron is a steadying force leading organizations through restructuring initiatives and other complex workplace situations.

Now a partner, Jennifer joined Cenera in 2006 and has over fifteen years of experience coordinating and organizing career transition support for all group sizes. Working collaboratively with Human Resource professionals and business leaders, she offers guidance, coaching, and support for restructuring initiatives to ensure the implementation of effective best practices and to develop processes that reflect organizational culture and goals. She is proud to lead a talented team of Consultants who are committed to providing best-in-class career transition service, empowering clients with the insight and strategy needed to successfully navigate their search.

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Additionally, she is certified in a variety of psychometric assessment tools, is a Master Career Consultant, and is a member of the Career Development Association of Alberta.
