Jeff is a strategic HR professional with over 20 years of experience helping people and their organizations learn, grown, and enhance their business effectiveness within variety of industries including financial services, energy, construction, real-estate, and information technology.

Recognizing that organizational leadership is critically important to business success, Jeff has worked closely with everyone from frontline staff and leaders to senior executives to build their leadership and professional management capability.  Jeff has developed a particular capability for helping leaders transition to roles of increasing responsibility within their organizations by supporting their skill and personal development.

To achieve success, Jeff has leveraged a broad spectrum of strategies including large scale cultural interventions, full-cycle successional planning, employee and leadership development programming, team development work, and individual coaching.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Jeff has completed a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and a master’s degree in Adult Education with a focus area of Workplace Learning from the University of Toronto.

When not working with people, Jeff is an experimental electronic music composer, sound designer and performance artist who has been making a variety of noises for the past 30 years.
