With her extensive experience in human resources, Heather is a respected leader and trusted advisor and is known for her ability to establish strong relationships and provide leadership and coaching on all aspects of the human resources function. Heather is able to share her experiences and has the ability to get to the root of the issue in order to identify the most effective solutions for any organization. Heather is passionate about designing fit for purpose human resource programs to maximize performance and improve corporate culture.

With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, Heather has demonstrated capability in organization design, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, acquisitions and divestitures, and human resource leadership. She has a strong understanding of the energy industry and operations and has led teams of HR professionals around the world.

Heather has an MSc – Global Human Resource Management and has been a Certified Professional in Human Resource (CPHR) since 2004. She has a passion for all aspects of human resources and cultural awareness. Heather is an avid reader and loves to volunteer with the Calgary Public Library.
