Brian is a certified career and leadership coach with over 16 years of experience in the energy and consulting industries. He has worked with hundreds of professionals across multiple sectors including energy, technology, banking, manufacturing, education, and not for profit.

His focus on career management and leadership development have included progressive roles within the HR and coaching fields. In that time, Brian has assisted over 130 unique organizations in Canada and beyond with their employee development and career transition needs. He is passionate about helping others through active listening & thoughtful questions.

Brian is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI-MP), certified in the Leadership Circle 360 assessment, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.

In his spare time, Brian can be found hiking, biking or skiing in the mountains. He is an avid traveler who enjoys eating local food and discovering new and unique experiences away from home.
