Excelling as a Human Resource Executive for more than 15 years, Andrea is known for her employee-centric, solution focused approach that emphasizes shared values, collaboration and strong communication. Andrea brings significant expertise in the areas of Human Resource strategy development, performance and organizational change management, technology best practice, digital transformation and process improvement. Anticipating the “what if” steps in advance, Andrea has created and led multiple strategic projects encompassing all aspects of HR modernization and digital transformation within public sector industries. She has demonstrated success in enterprise-project implementation, building cross- departmental and multi-functional teams and proven experience with creating and implementing a strategic vision that drives operational excellence, a culture of performance, learning and growth. Over her career, Andrea has conducted and supervised workplace harassment, bullying and discrimination investigations as an internal HR resource and most recently, as an external Consultant. 

As a life-long learner, Andrea’s academic journey continues. Having just completed a strategic management certification, Andrea has a master’s degree in leadership and technology, degrees in: Commerce, Economics and Education, a diploma in Human Resource Management and is an associate member of CPHR.
