    An experienced transition expert and trusted advisor to her clients, Jennifer Doiron is a steadying force leading organizations through restructuring initiatives and other complex workplace situations. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Additionally, she is certified in a variety of psychometric assessment tools, is a Master Career Consultant, and is a member of the Career Development Association of Alberta.

    Joan is a dynamic and accomplished leader who has been with Cenera since 2011. She heads the HR Consulting practice, where she oversees a team of talented and dedicated Consultants who provide various HR services to clients across different sectors and sizes. Joan is also the leader of Cenera's Workplace Investigations (WI) team, which offers professional and impartial investigations for any type of workplace issue. Joan developed Cenera's WI process, trains and mentors the Investigation Team, and ensures the quality and integrity of the workplace investigations.
