Now a partner, Jennifer joined Cenera in 2006 and has over ten years of experience coordinating and organizing career transition support for all group sizes. Working collaboratively with Human Resource professionals and business leaders, she offers guidance, coaching, and support for restructuring initiatives to ensure the implementation of effective best practices and to develop processes that reflect organizational culture and goals. She is proud to lead a talented team of Consultants who are committed to providing best-in-class career transition service, empowering clients with the insight and strategy needed to successfully navigate their search.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary and is a Canadian Management Professional (CMP). In addition, she is a Registered Assessment Specialist and a Registered Professional Trainer. Jennifer is trained in a variety of psychometric assessment tools and is a member of the Career Development Association of Alberta.
