As a coach, Elizabeth’s passion is to establish deep understanding, encourage future vision, and collaborate on practical planning that supports clients to build sustainable change grounded in their own strengths, resources, and aspirations. Elizabeth’s background and expertise is in coaching, leadership & team development, career transition, cultural and program assessment, workshop design and facilitation.
Elizabeth brings wide-ranging experience leading, consulting and coaching in Portland, Oregon and Calgary, Alberta. Her engagements span business, civic and not-for-profit organizations and include such diverse achievements as starting one of the first Food Banks in the US, redesigning housing loan programs, organizational consulting for various bureaus in the City of Portland, moving the needle on improvement for neighbourhood community organizations, and providing thought and program design leadership for emerging population sectors.

Elizabeth is interested in coaching clients in the development of leadership skills, and is particularly aligned with leaders and organizations who consider values in addition to fundamental business drivers when making decisions. Her client base includes not-for-profit leaders, oil and gas sector employees, and individual leaders seeking development. She particularly enjoys working with leaders who are open to learning and interested in achieving goals, as well as partnering with people who are drawn to defining robust purpose, meaning and vision for the future of their organizations and/or themselves.
Elizabeth earned a Master Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the Leadership Institute of Seattle. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Calgary Chapter and is a Registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Elizabeth received her coach training from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
