Jennifer joined Cenera in 2006 and has over 10 years’ experience building sustainable relationships with corporate clients to provide best in class career transition service. Working collaboratively with Human Resource professionals and business leaders, Jennifer offers guidance, coaching and support for restructuring initiatives to ensure the implementation of effective best practices and to develop processes that reflect organizational culture and goals.
Jennifer has extensive experience working one-on-one with individual clients and focuses on empowering each individual as they find new success along their career path. She is seen as a knowledgeable resource that clients can turn to during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Empathy, humor and optimism are brought to every relationship, helping to create an environment that is safe, trusting and productive.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary and is a Canadian Management Professional (CMP). In addition, she is a Registered Assessment Specialist, Registered Professional Trainer and Registered Professional Recruiter. Jennifer has earned a Master Career Consultant Certification, is trained in a variety of psychometric assessment tools, and is a member of the Career Development Association of Alberta.

Creating an environment that is safe, trusting and productive, Jennifer is a knowledgeable resource that clients can turn to during one of the most difficult times of their lives. “I loan my clients my hope and optimism until they can find it within themselves,” says Jennifer, “I provide tissue when there are tears, encouragement when there is frustration and bell rings when it’s time to celebrate.”
