As a professional coach for the last 10 years, Ingrid is helping people to develop the capacities needed to become agile leaders in their constantly changing and increasingly complex world of work. Leveraging the strengths based philosophy, Ingrid helps people clearly map and measure their development paths. They are thriving in sustaining change, seamlessly integrating organizational goals and personal growth.
Prior to professional coaching, for 10 years Ingrid held Human Resource Management roles in the heart of High Technology companies. On behalf of the Recruitment, Performance Management and Leadership Development of the talent pools – she navigated the intense and dynamic business environments of start-up, rapid growth and diversification, U.S. expansion, acquisition, restructuring and downsizing. Downsizing led her to the role of Career Transition coach with international Career Transition companies. Ingrid delivers an unwavering passion about getting ‘the right person in the right role’ as a win-win strategy for organization and employee.
Ingrid completed her professional coach training at Integral Coaching Canada. An internationally recognized school, Integral Coaching is established soundly on the science and psychology of adult development. Ingrid is certified in the Leadership Agility 360° Feedback instrument, designed to support leadership development in 3 key action arenas: leading organizational change, improving team performance and navigating pivotal conversations.
A member of the International Coach Federation, Ingrid is in the process of acquiring her Master Coach certification She dedicates time to both volunteer coaching for students entering the work force and for internationally trained professionals integrating at appropriate levels within the Canadian workplace – key demographics for our competitive future. A modestly accomplished athlete, Ingrid practices meditation, Bikram yoga and Tai Chi.
